Missions Trip 2025 – June 23 Update

Ministering at the Spitalle Church in the village.

Yesterday marked our first Sunday back in Albania, and what a blessing it was. We had the joy of visiting and preaching at both churches, and we’re grateful to report that two people responded to the call for salvation — praise the Lord!

It was deeply encouraging to see so many young people in the services. Even more moving, was seeing those who were once children in the church now stepping up as leaders, helping to guide and grow the next generation. They’re not just following, they’re preparing others to lead after them. What a beautiful picture of discipleship and legacy in action.

We also heard powerful testimonies of how God is actively moving in the lives of His people here. One story stood out from Armanda, the pastor’s wife in Spitalle. She shared how, during a recent children’s camp, one of the kids went missing. Enerik, an 11-year-old boy who lost his father a year and a half ago, decided to walk home on his own after the camp ended without telling the leaders or workers.

As you can imagine, panic set in, especially since just the week before, a child had been abducted in the area. They searched frantically and prayed without ceasing. By God’s grace, Enerik made it home safely, and everyone was overwhelmed with relief and gratitude. Yet again, God had answered prayer.

This is just the beginning. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue serving, connecting, and witnessing God’s work on the ground.
